QIP's Video Reel
To showcase our high-level animation and video editing expertise, Quality Information Partners (QIP) created the QIP Video Reel, available on our YouTube channel. In fewer than three minutes, potential clients can see a compilation of clips from a number of videos QIP has created for a wide range of users and purposes.
QIP’s experts in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, storyboard development, script writing, and music and audio effects communicate our clients’ messages to target audiences in engaging and insightful ways. We efficiently manage the production process for creating a professional video through clear steps, which are divided into three phases: pre-production, production, and post-production.
In fewer than three minutes, potential clients can see a compilation of clips from a number of videos QIP has recently created for a wide range of users and purposes.
In the pre-production phase, QIP experts work closely with the client to establish the vision and parameters for the project. We also discuss more specific goals for the video, such as topic and content, intended audience, target length, and project timeline. If desired, we also can share our expertise for video best practices to help ensure client success in their goals for the video. Next, QIP uses the information gathered to produce a storyboard—a series of graphics showing the sequence of images planned for the video—and a script. Finally, QIP revises the storyboard and script, as requested by the client, until both meet client expectations.
In the production phase, QIP experts use the storyboard and script to develop motion graphics and audio. For live action videos, we coordinate schedules and scout locations, as well as conduct interviews and provide coaching for video shoots. When design and filming are completed, we produce a video draft using professional software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator. We then revise the video per client specifications, finish the video, and obtain final client approval.
In the post-production phase, QIP experts ensure that the video is closed-captioned and meets Section 508 compliance standards, so that it is accessible to viewers with disabilities. We also develop publicity materials, including blog posts and social media posts, if desired. Finally, we post the video to the client’s YouTube channel and/or website, and assist the client as needed with publicity materials.
QIP is poised to provide high-quality live-action and motion-graphics videos to meet marketplace demand for engaging multimedia content.
