Mary Barron, Proposal Manager, MA

Mary Barron manages QIP’s proposal process, including scheduling, organizational planning, and content development.
Mary has also led a variety of print and interactive media projects for numerous U.S. Department of Education programs, including the Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems Grant Program, the National Forum on Education Statistics, the Early Learning Challenge Technical Assistance program, and other federal programs.
“Working on proposals just highlights to me how skilled and varied the QIP staff is,” Mary says. “We have the knowledge and experience to tackle almost any project.”
Prior to her work with QIP, Mary served as assistant editor for a nonprofit association for public housing authorities. She holds an MA in Professional Writing/Editing from George Mason University and a BA in Sociology from Clemson University. She enjoys cheering on Clemson’s football team and researching family history.
