Erin Pollard, MPP, Director of Business Strategy
Erin Pollard helps QIP grow by working closely with different teams to identify new opportunities and partnerships while ensuring that they are aligned to the company’s strengths and strategic goals.
Throughout her career, Erin has worked closely with partners, clients, and colleagues to identify key requirements, determine procurement strategies, and identify the right teams for each project. She is experienced in managing federal procurements and leveraging partnerships with states and districts to help them use data to improve their practice. Erin has a unique perspective on the needs and the constraints of each client as well as the best possible way to meet those needs.
One of Erin’s favorite parts of her job is being able to connect teams to projects. She loves helping her team find meaningful work that leverages their skills and helps them grow while also meeting the needs of QIP’s partners.

Prior to joining QIP, Erin spent over a decade managing programs at the Institute of Education Sciences. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in politics and sociology from Ursinus College and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University. In her free time, she is an avid reader and gardener.
