Clover Quigley, Project Manager & Senior Analyst

Clover Quigley

Clover Quigley specializes in cross-team collaboration and data anomaly identification, working with technical support teams and customer service teams to develop systems that support states, districts, and schools with the submission of accurate, timely, and high-quality data to the CRDC. Clover uses these skills to lead various strategic data initiatives and large-scale programs for the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC). As part of the Data Collection & Use (DC & U) team, she supports data acquisition, management, and reporting throughout all phases of the data life cycle.

One of Clover’s favorite parts of her job is working directly with school leaders on their CRDC submissions.

“In my role at QIP, I get to work with dedicated school faculty and staff in their submissions to the CRDC. These data are highly visible and representative of their schools, districts, and states, and can feel burdensome on school districts. I enjoy doing my part to alleviate some of that burden."

Clover has extensive experience in the education sector. Before joining QIP, she worked as a general education teacher in various Title I schools. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and psychology from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and her Master of Public Administration from Louisiana State University.

“My time in the classroom as an educator helped me learn how to explain complex ideas to different audiences. This translates into my work as an analyst and project manager daily as I’m able to use these skills to communicate effectively with our clients and other stakeholders.”

In her free time, Clover enjoys writing and spending time with her family and friends.
