Angela Jubinville, Stakeholder Engagement Specialist
Angela has worked for QIP since 2021 and specializes in leading education stakeholders towards a shared vision of success by drawing on individuals’ strengths and expertise. One of Angela’s favorite parts of her job is leading new project initiatives. Being with a project from its inception allows Angela to develop processes and procedures that effectively guide and inspire cross-functional teams to develop quality resources that have a meaningful impact on education stakeholders.
“When leading team members, it’s important for me check in about what they enjoy doing most and what parts of the project they’re most excited about. We have so many talented and intelligent people at QIP. I want to make sure they’re able to contribute in ways that use their strengths and apply their interests. In the end, that makes the best and most compelling product for our stakeholders and makes the work more engaging and meaningful!”
In her role at QIP, Angela brings together education stakeholders to share their challenges and successes. From those conversations, she works with cross-functional teams to develop and publish best practice resources. Angela also led the development of a virtual community of practice for postsecondary outcomes data users.
Before joining QIP, Angela ensured program quality delivery for publicly-funded after school and summer camp programs in Philadelphia. She has over a decade of experience supporting educators to develop, deliver, and measure the effectiveness of high-quality educational enrichment programs to the neediest student populations in Philadelphia.
Angela earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and philosophy from Kalamazoo College in Michigan and her master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. When she’s not working, Angela is practicing yoga, reading tarot cards, learning to play the guitar, singing, writing, and spending time in nature.
