Deanna Glick, Director of Communications
Deanna Glick is a communications and content specialist with extensive experience in writing, editing, content packaging, and content strategy in the public and private sectors. She leads QIP’s team of communications professionals, including writers, editors, graphic designers, and video producers, to develop top-notch content experiences that clearly represent education research and data. She also supports QIP’s internal communications, marketing, and business development efforts.
“I love seeing the impact of good information communicated effectively, whether through a nicely written 300-word blog post or a stunning 2-minute video,” Deanna says. “People love stories. I like to help clients find their story, communicate that story in the best way possible to the appropriate audience, and then watch them succeed.”
Prior to joining QIP, Deanna managed and consulted on many editorial and marketing communications projects for various companies and clients. Much of her work has focused on education, government, and technology; her background includes communications and program support at education-related nonprofits and she spent several years covering schools and districts as a journalist in California. Deanna’s written pieces have appeared in national and international print and online media.
Deanna holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She enjoys spending time outdoors and in the water with her daughter and friends, from gardening and visiting the pool to camping and kayaking.
